4. Third-Party Services

By accepting these terms, users also accept the terms of ChatGPT and Eleven Labs. We are not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party services.

5. No Storage of Text Data

The application does not store any clipboard text processed through the TTS service. All text is deleted after conversion is completed.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription anytime via their account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis based on usage and eligibility.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.
